Bookings, patient cards, X-rays and reports — on the computer and on your phone.
You look after teeth. The patient sees an open slot, books it, and your phone buzzes. One tap and it is confirmed. The rest is the system's job: it sends the reminder, logs the cancellation, and has the month's number ready when you ask.

The entire process runs through the apps you use every day
The patient installs nothing on their phone, and neither do you. The message is sent to the app they already use.
SOUND FAMILIAR?
Running appointments through chat has a price, and it gets paid every week.
One of your working days
You are halfway through a root canal. Your gloved hand is in the patient's mouth. The phone buzzes on the desk. You cannot look at it.
You check it: three messages, two missed calls, one Instagram enquiry. You answer one. The second you put off until later and forget.
The chair is empty. This morning's patient did not turn up and did not say why. The rent, the electricity and the assistant's wage carry on regardless.
The month ends. Someone asks how it went. You have a rough figure in your head and nothing written down.
You did nothing wrong at any point. The day still ended like this.
By the time you replied, they had found someone who replied first. Not a better dentist. Just a faster one.
Patients see the open slot themselves and can book it at 3 in the morning.
They forget. Nobody reminds them. And writing to you to cancel feels like an imposition, so they simply do not come.
The reminder goes out on its own and the cancel link is in the message. You sell the freed slot to someone else.
Treatments left half finished, check-ups overdue, faces you have not seen in six months. The only thing keeping track of them is your memory.
The system finds them for you and calls them all back with one click.
HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS
You do not even need to open a computer. If you can reply to a message on Telegram, you already know asisDENT.
They tap the link in your Instagram bio, pick a service, see the hours that are genuinely free, and type their name and number. No sign-up, no password.
Free slots are worked out for you from your hours, your breaks and your closed days. Two patients cannot land on the same slot; the system will not allow it.
The message carries a [Confirm] and a [Decline] button. One press of your thumb and the patient hears back immediately.
An unanswered request does not block the slot forever: it expires and the hour reopens. Change the time and the booking comes back for your approval.
Patients today, revenue, the monthly trend, requests still waiting. When someone asks how the month went, you stop guessing.
Last month's figure does not move: update your prices today and the report for the month just gone stays exactly as it was.
Patients who like to phone carry on phoning, and you book them yourself in ten seconds. asisDENT just opens a second door that never closes.
FEATURES
Whatever you keep in a diary, on a phone and in your head ends up in the same place.
Your calendar is a reception desk that stays open around the clock: the patient sees a free time, picks it, books it. All that is left for you is one tap to confirm.
Confirmations, reminders and cancellations go out by themselves over WhatsApp or SMS. You write nothing and send nothing.
All 32 teeth in front of you. Which one has been treated, which one has a diagnosis: you see it the moment the record opens.
No hunting through folders, phone galleries or WhatsApp threads. Click the tooth and the images open.
How often they have come, when they were last in, what they are allergic to, the note you left yourself. The database lives in your system, not on your assistant's phone.
The system finds the money asleep in your database: overdue check-ups, unfinished treatments, birthdays coming up.
What you earned, which service sold most, how many patients did not turn up, how much work each dentist did.
You mark the appointment finished and the materials used come off the shelf on their own. The oldest batch goes first, so nothing sits there until it expires.
Orthodontics, implants and dentures do not finish in one visit. The system splits the work into sessions, shows how many are left on every visit, and charges for it once.
The crown or denture order goes to the technician the moment the appointment ends. They move the status along, and you know where the work is without ringing.
A CLOSER LOOK
SENT ≠ ARRIVED
It looks like a small detail, right up until a patient says nothing ever reached them. In asisDENT every message is queued, sent, and its outcome recorded. If the operator does not answer, the system tries again on its own.
ACCESS
Nobody in the practice needs to see everything. Each account opens onto its own screen: you tell us who should reach what during setup, and you change it whenever you like.
CLINICAL WORK
Click tooth 16 on the chart and its whole history opens with every image attached to it. The same panoramic X-ray shows up both in the images folder and under each tooth it belongs to.
MOBILE APP
There is no time to sit at a computer during the day, and nobody wants to spend an hour with a mouse. So the daily work happens on the phone, in a tap or two: today's list on the way in, the discount at the chair, the confirmation from home in the evening.
You scan the code on your screen and you are in. The phone locks with your fingerprint, so patient data stays hidden even while it sits on the desk.
Today's and tomorrow's lists are kept on the phone itself. In a lift, in a basement, or when the line drops, you still see who is coming and their number.
A new booking request arrives as a notification. You confirm or decline from the buttons on the notification itself — there is no need to open the app.
The “what we did today” screen is on the phone too: extra work, the reduction, the amount taken. You book the next session from the same place.
You take the photo with the phone and attach it to tooth 16. Open the tooth chart on the computer and the photo is there.
New patients come from your phone's contact list, one at a time or as a batch. Nothing gets mistyped, so no duplicate card appears.
No signal — today's list is still here
THE DIFFERENCE
Most calendar apps on the market are written for everyone at once: barbers, clinics, garages. A dentist does not find their work in there — no tooth chart, no treatment plan, no session count, no lab. asisDENT was built for dental practices only, and it was not adapted from anything else.
The tooth chart, the treatment plan, session counting, the lab order — none of it is bolted on afterwards; it is the system itself. So there is no field you have to bend into shape.
A page that opens onto your practice, rather than a generic form, earns trust. As booking gets easier, fewer patients put it off, forget, or hesitate to call.
Once the system carries the messaging, the assistant looks after patients instead of watching a phone. And nobody argues over who wrote to whom, because every request leaves a trail.
Who came, who did not, which hour stayed empty — at month end it is a number instead of a guess. Once the number is visible, the rhythm of the practice changes on its own.
SIMPLE ARITHMETIC
We are not the ones naming a number. Put your own practice's figures in and read the answer yourself.
This only counts patients who never arrived. Enquiries that went unanswered, old patients who never came back and the hours spent typing out appointments are not reflected in this calculation.
Cheaper than a cup of tea. Although tea does not take a booking for you at 3 in the morning.
One root canal is 150–250 ₼. The monthly subscription is half of that and works all month.
Except this “assistant” answers before the patient asks, forgets nothing and never takes leave.
Bring back one patient a month and asisDENT has paid for itself. The rest is yours.
TRUST
The question always comes up, so the answer is written out: your patient's name, phone number, X-ray and treatment are medical data, and this system treats them that way.
PROTECTION
A dental record is not an ordinary calendar entry. So this system is built on the same rules as a banking app: what is stored, who may look, when access ends and who did what — all four are answered up front.
Patient records, X-rays and reports stay on the system's own server. Nothing is handed to advertising or analytics companies, and messages to patients go only to the channel you chose.
Each practice's data is fully separate and that is built into the foundation. It is not a setting that can be switched on later.
Images open through a short-lived link. It expires; even if it leaks it no longer works.
Passwords are stored so they cannot be reversed, a few wrong attempts lock the account for a while, and two-step verification can be switched on whenever you like.
The moment you remove a member of staff or change their role, the browser they left open stops working too.
A deleted record does not disappear at once; it is kept for a while. There is a trail of who did what and when.
You can take your patient list whenever you want. Even if the subscription ends nothing is deleted; the system goes read-only and everything is there again when you renew.
PLANS
All three plans include online booking, the calendar, the patient card, the tooth chart and treatment plans. What differs is the size of your practice. And all four add-on modules together come to 49 ₼ a month in the campaign.

MODULES
Booking, the patient card, the tooth chart and treatment plans are in every plan. The four below start to matter as the practice grows. You can take them one at a time, but the campaign puts all four below the price of two.
Finds the money already sitting in your database: check-ups that came due, treatment left half-finished, birthdays coming up. You see the list, and one button messages all of them. A holiday greeting or a new service goes to whoever you choose.
After the visit the patient gets an invitation to review. The happy one goes to Google; the unhappy one writes to you first. Each review arrives with the visit, the dentist and the date attached — so it is not a vague grievance but one specific thing you can put right.
This month's revenue is free in every plan. This module opens the comparison: which treatment brings in what, which doctor works how much, who has not come back. Exports to Excel.
You mark the appointment done and the materials used come off stock by themselves. The batch expiring first goes first, and a warning arrives when a line runs low. You see, as a figure, what the material for one filling cost.
QUESTIONS
asisDENT is practice management software for dental clinics and dentists in Azerbaijan — a dental CRM. Online booking, WhatsApp and SMS reminders, electronic patient records with a tooth chart, an X-ray archive, treatment plans, payments and instalments, dental lab orders, inventory, staff and reports all live in one system. It runs in the browser on a computer and as an iPhone and Android app on the phone. Built in Baku, and we do the setup.
If you can reply to a message on Telegram, you already know asisDENT. Your daily job is this: an alert arrives, you press Confirm. We do the setup — you tell us your services, your prices and your hours, and we hand you a working link. The interface runs in English, Azerbaijani, Turkish, Russian and German; whichever you pick is the one it opens in.
You get your own booking link and put it in your Instagram bio. The patient opens it, picks a service and a free time, and types their name and number. No sign-up, no password. The request lands on your calendar straight away and your phone buzzes.
Some of them will not, and they do not need to. Patients who phone carry on phoning and you book them yourself in ten seconds. The link is mostly for the 25–45 crowd, who hate calling and book at 11 at night. So you keep the patients you have and gain the ones you were missing.
Then you are already more organised than most. Two questions remain: who answers after 7pm, at night and on Sunday? And if your assistant leaves tomorrow, where does your patient database go? asisDENT does not replace your assistant. It takes the mechanical typing off them and keeps the database in your name.
By WhatsApp and SMS. The system uses whichever channel your practice has connected and moves to the other if one is unreachable. If a message cannot be sent it is not lost — the system retries and shows you the outcome. Your own alerts come through Telegram, because that is where one tap confirms.
That is what the Enquiry radar module is for. Price and appointment questions from WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook land in one list, so an unanswered one does not slip by. When the practice is closed, the patient gets a reply with your booking link automatically. At the end of the month you see how many enquiries turned into appointments. The module can be added to any plan.
Yes. All 32 teeth are in front of you; click one and the diagnosis and treatment are written right there with the history beside it. X-rays and clinical photos attach to individual teeth, so “what did we do to this tooth last time?” is one click away.
Work that does not finish in one visit gets a treatment plan, and the system splits it into sessions. The appointment card reads «2/3»: this is the second of three. The money is worked out once — four visits are not billed four times. Finish sooner than planned and the plan closes there; give a discount in the chair and that is recorded separately.
Yes. What was done at each visit, what was paid and what is still owed show on the patient's card. Deposits and partial payments are recorded, and long treatments such as implants or orthodontics get an instalment schedule. Patients with a balance sit in a separate list, so month-end is not guesswork.
Yes, they get their own login. The order goes to the technician the moment the visit ends, they get a Telegram alert and change the status, so you stop chasing them. The technician sees the work, never the patient's name or number. At the end of the month what you owe whom is already worked out. A technician account does not take a staff seat in your plan.
START is for a dentist working alone. PRO opens a separate login for your assistant, and we add further dentist and staff seats when you need them. MAX is for practices with up to four dentists and takes six users. Dental technicians are not counted in that number. When your practice grows we change the plan with one call and your data stays exactly as it is.
Yes, with the Staff (HR) module. Staff records, the leave calendar and document expiry dates are in one place, with a reminder before a document runs out. At month-end the dentist's pay — a percentage, or a fixed amount plus a percentage — is ready. The module can be added to any plan.
The monthly subscription is 39 ₼ on START, 89 ₼ on PRO and 179 ₼ on MAX; prices exclude VAT. Setup is a one-off 149 ₼, or 249 ₼ for MAX, and the first month is included in it. Pay yearly and two months are on us, with no setup fee.
The first month is on us. Instead of a timed demo you get a real account: you pay the setup fee, we install the system, we move your data across, and you work for a full month — with your own patients, not sample data. The subscription starts in month two; on an annual plan the setup is free as well.
Each practice's data is fully separate and that is built into the structure. You can switch on two-step verification for your account. Most importantly: the data is yours and you can take your patient list whenever you want. Even if the subscription ends nothing is deleted; the system just goes read-only.
An hour. We open your account, move your service catalogue and working hours across and connect Telegram. Then a 30-minute online training session and your booking link is live. The first month is part of the setup fee; on an annual plan the setup itself is free too.
You stop. There is no long-term contract, no penalty and no «why are you leaving» survey. Nothing is deleted: the system goes read-only and you can take your patient list whenever you want.
Yes — for iPhone and Android. The whole daily routine is there: today's list, the patient card, the tooth chart, discounts and extra work, a new appointment, the monthly figure. All of it is a tap or two, so the computer stays shut. A new request arrives as a notification even with the app closed, and you confirm it from the notification itself. Today's list opens with no signal. Pairing the phone is one scanned code.
They can. But the campaign puts all four together at 49 ₼ where separately they come to 82 ₼ — the price of two modules opens four. We pick which ones you need together during setup, and you can close any of them later. On MAX all four are included anyway.
